ASSOCIATED WITH COLD FRONT WILL DECREASE EARLY THURSDAY AFTER THE
FRONT MOVES EAST. SOUTHWEST FLOW WILL DECREASE FROM THU THROUGH
SAT CAUSING THE WINDS AND SNOW TO SLOWLY DECREASE.
