THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITIES FOR PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL AND EASTERN ARIZONA...

* AFFECTED AREA...Portions of north central and eastern Arizona.

* 20 FOOT WIND...West-southwest 20 to 25 MPH gusting to 40 MPH.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...8 to 14 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
