...RED FLAG WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 3 AM PDT EARLY THIS MORNING
FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR THE CENTRAL CASCADE VALLEYS
AND OKANOGAN/METHOW VALLEYS...

Winds have tapered off in the Central Cascade Valleys and the
Methow Valley while relative humdities have increased. Local gusts
are possible this afternoon but should remain below critical
levels.

Winds in the Okanogan Valley will remain gusty through midday,
and then taper off. Humidity levels are above critical thresholds.
Expect lighter winds as the humdities drop later today.
