EDISTO RIVER LATE MONDAY...PRODUCING INTENSE RUNOFF RESULTING IN
SIGNIFICANT STAGE RISES. OVERALL...24-HOUR AREA RAINFALL AMOUNTS
VARIED WIDELY.

ADDITIONAL SCATTERED SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE
EXPECTED THROUGH THIS EVENING...AS AVAILABLE ATMOSPHERIC MOISTURE
REMAINS HIGH WITH WEAK TO MODERATE INSTABILITY EXPECTED LATER
