TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS INCREASING AFTER MIDNIGHT FROM PORTIONS
OF EASTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...INTO IOWA AND MINNESOTA.

SUMMERY WEATHER WILL MAKE A BRIEF RETURN FOR WEDNESDAY...WITH
ISOLATED STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE IN NORTHEAST PARTS
OF THE REGION. HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WILL BUILD INTO PARTS OF THE
REGION...WITH AFTERNOON HEAT INDICES OF 90 TO 100 DEGREES EXPECTED
FROM SOUTHEAST SOUTH DAKOTA...INTO EASTERN NEBRASKA AND FAR WESTERN
IOWA.
