UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DEPARTING HIGH PRESSURE...THE REGION SAW
MAINLY SUNNY SKIES DURING THE MORNING HOURS. TEMPERATURES WERE IN
THE MID TO UPPER TEENS AND WINDS WERE LIGHT AS THE NOON APPROACHED.

THE CLOUDS WILL INCREASE FROM THE WEST THIS AFTERNOON AS A
WINTER WEATHER SYSTEM APPROACHES. THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING THE REGION
THE CHANCES OF LIGHT SNOW THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY.
MOST OF THE REGION WILL SEE ACCUMULATIONS BY SUNDAY AFTERNOON OF A
DUSTING TO 2 INCHES...WITH THE LESSER AMOUNTS NORTH TOWARDS
WISCONSIN. AREAS SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80 MAY SEE ACCUMULATIONS
RANGING FROM 2 TO 5 INCHES. HOWEVER...SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF FORD...
IROQUOIS...AND BENTON COUNTIES MAY SEE ISOLATED AMOUNTS NEAR 6
INCHES. A SHORT...QUIET PERIOD CAN BE EXPECTED SUNDAY NIGHT INTO
MONDAY BEFORE ANOTHER SYSTEM BRINGS INCREASING CHANCES OF A WINTRY
MIX MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY.
