UNSEASONABLY WARM TEMPERATURES PREVAILED THROUGHOUT THE RUSHMORE
STATE ON SUNDAY. UNDER MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES...AFTERNOON HIGHS SOARED
INTO THE MIDDLE 70S TO LOWER 80S ACROSS THE REGION.

THE WARMEST TEMPERATURE AROUND SOUTH DAKOTA ON SUNDAY WAS 83 DEGREES
AT BOTH WINNER AND MITCHELL. WHILE THE BLACK HILLS TOWN OF CUSTER
WAS THE COOLEST LOCATION WITH 69 DEGREES.

AT MID EVENING...A WEAK BAND OF SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
WERE SEEN IN SOUTH CENTRAL PARTS OF THE STATE. OTHERWISE SKIES WERE
MOSTLY CLEAR AS NORTHWEST WINDS AT 10 TO 20 MPH PREVAILED WEST RIVER.
TO THE EAST...LIGHT SOUTHERLY WINDS WERE SEEN. TEMPERATURES WERE
STILL VERY MILD WITH 60S TO MIDDLE 70S AROUND MUCH OF SOUTH DAKOTA.

EXPECT MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES AROUND SOUTH DAKOTA DURING THE OVERNIGHT
HOURS. HIGH PRESSURE IS EXPECTED TO BUILD INTO THE REGION FROM
SOUTHERN CANADA. LOW TEMPERATURES WILL DIP INTO THE MIDDLE 30S TO
LOWER 40S WEST RIVER...WITH MIDDLE 40S TO LOWER 50S FURTHER EAST.
