mostly sunny. Areas of fog in the morning north central through
the James Valley. Highs in the upper 30s northeast, to around 70
southwest.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Partly cloudy. Chance of rain west and north.
Breezy. Lows in the mid 30s to the lower 40s.
.FRIDAY...Partly cloudy in the morning then clearing. Chance of
rain north central and east in the morning. Rain may mix with snow
