A WEAK CIRCULATION IS CENTERED SOUTHEAST OF KOROR NEAR 4N140E.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE NEAR KOROR AND YAP
WITHIN 200 MILES OF A LINE FROM 8N135E TO 3N144E.

ANOTHER WEAK CIRCULATION IS CENTERED SOUTH OF KOSRAE NEAR 3N164E.
CONVERGING TRADE WINDS NORTH OF THIS CIRCULATION ARE GENERATING
