SUSTAINED WINDS OF 60 MPH. NUMEROUS HEAVY SHOWERS AND ISOLATED
THUNDERSTORMS JUST WEST OF THE MARIANA ISLANDS ARE WITHIN 180 MILES
OF THE CENTER OF CHAN-HOM. OTHERWISE...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
