SEEN OVER CHUUK AND POHNPEI STATES SOUTH OF A LINE FROM 5N140E TO
9N161E. SOUTHWEST MONSOON WINDS OVER PALAU ARE TRIGGERING SPOTTY
SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS MAINLY WITHIN 100 MILES OF A LINE

A COLD FRONT STRETCHES SOUTHWESTWARD FROM 25N153E TO 16N136E THEN
CONTINUES AS A SURFACE TROUGH TO BEYOND 13N130E. NUMEROUS SHOWERS
AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE ALONG AND UP TO 250 MILES NORTHWEST
OF THE TROUGH. EXTENSIVE CLOUDINESS WITH PATCHY SHOWERS ARE ALONG
AND UP 300 MILES NORTHWEST OF THE COLD FRONT.
