The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Big Island Southeast Waters...

* Until 130 AM HST

* At 1123 PM HST, a line of heavy showers capable of producing
  waterspouts and winds up to 34 knots is slowly shifting eastward
  across the southeast Big Island waters. This line was moving
  eastward at 12 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately until this line of heavy
showers passes. Wind gusts 34 knots or greater, high waves, and
heavy rain are possible in and around these heavy showers.
