DAKOTA. LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE WILLISTON...GARRISON...BEULAH
AND CENTER...BISMARCK AND MANDAN...STEELE...LINTON...NAPOLEON AND
EDGELEY. MAJOR ROADS IMPACTED INCLUDE INTERSTATE 94 FROM BEACH TO
