THE COMBINATION OF WINDS IN THE 5 TO 10 MPH RANGE AND OVERNIGHT
LOWS IN THE 30S TO NEAR 40 DEGREES WILL ALLOW THE WIND CHILL
VALUES TO FALL INTO THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 30S BY EARLY WEDNESDAY
MORNING. SOME ISOLATED AREAS COULD SEE WIND CHILL VALUES DIP INTO
THE UPPER 20S BRIEFLY AROUND SUNRISE WEDNESDAY.

EARLY MORNING COMMUTERS AND SCHOOL KIDS WAITING AT BUS STOPS
SHOULD PREPARE TO BUNDLE UP TOMORROW MORNING. WEAR SEVERAL LAYERS
OF CLOTHING TO INSULATE YOU BETTER THAN A SINGLE COAT OR JACKET.
