...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER MUCH OF THE REGION
THROUGH THE MID AFTERNOON HOURS WITH SNOWFALL RATES UP TO AN INCH
OF SNOW PER HOUR...

SNOW WILL CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS MUCH OF SOUTHERN AND
CENTRAL MAINE AS WELL AS CENTRAL AND NORTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE. THE
SNOW WILL LIKELY BE HEAVY AT TIMES LOWERING THE VISIBILITY DOWN
TO A HALF OF A MILE OR LESS.

EXPECT AN INCH OR TWO ALONG THE COAST...WITH AS MUCH AS TWO TO
FOUR INCHES ACCUMULATION OVER THE INTERIOR AND OVER THE HIGHER
TERRAIN. THE SNOW BEGIN TO TAPER OFF LATE THIS AFTERNOON.

TRAVEL WILL BE SLOWED WITH SLICK DRIVING CONDITIONS AND SNOW
COVERED ROADS THIS AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS DURING THIS LATE SEASON SNOW EVENT AND ALLOW
EXTRA TIME IF YOU MUST TRAVEL.
