...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER SOUTHERN WISCONSIN THIS MORNING...

CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS HAVE RESULTED IN PATCHY DENSE FOG
ACROSS THE AREA EARLY THIS MORNING.

MOTORISTS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR VERY RAPIDLY CHANGING CONDITIONS.
AT ONE MOMENT VISIBILITY WILL BE UNRESTRICTED...THEN BRIEFLY DROP
TO LESS THAN A 1/4 MILE. THE WORST CONDITIONS WILL BE OUT IN RURAL
AREAS. LOOK FOR THE FOG TO CLEAR UP SHORTLY AFTER SUNRISE.
