SMALL STREAM FLOODING. IF YOU ENCOUNTER A FLOODED ROADWAY...TURN
AROUND AND FIND AN ALTERNATE ROUTE.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS
