...CREEKS TO RISE TO NEAR BANKFULL...

At 929 PM EDT, several thunderstorms had repeatedly moved over
southeastern Doddridge, southern Harrison, southwestern Taylor, and
northwestern Barbour counties. These storms produced 1.5 to 2 inches
of rain at some locations. This will cause streams and creeks to
quickly rise to around bankfull. Some water problems can be expected
in low lying areas and areas of poor drainage.

Locations impacted include...Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Anmoore,
West Milford, Lost Creek, Flemington, Rosemont, Avon, Galloway and
Despard.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 79 and 82.

Do not drive your vehicle into areas where the water covers the
roadway. The water depth may be too great to allow your car to cross
safely. Move to higher ground.
