* AT 557 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 5 MILES
  NORTH OF CHARLESTON...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 55 MPH.

  HAZARD...60 MPH WIND GUSTS.
