A clipper low pressure system will slide out of Canada and across the
far eastern Dakotas and Minnesota tonight, possibly bringing a mix of
precipitation types to far northeastern South Dakota and west central
Minnesota. However, precipitation amounts are expected to be fairly
light, with minimal impacts. Strong northwest winds will develop
across the area late tonight through the day Wednesday, with gusts in
excess of 40 MPH possible.

Low temperatures tonight will range from the upper 20s east to the
mid 30s west. High temperatures on Wednesday will range from the mid
30s east to the mid 40s west.
