FRIGID START TO THE DAY TODAY...BUT LOTS OF SUNSHINE SHOULD HELP
IMPROVE AIR TEMPERATURES AND ROAD SURFACES. AS THE HIGH GRADUALLY
MOVES EAST THIS WEEKEND INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK...A SLOW BUT SURE
MODERATING TREND COMMENCES. HIGHS IN THE 40S THIS WEEKEND WILL
WARM INTO THE 50S MONDAY AND TUESDAY...WITH 60S A POSSIBILITY BY
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
