...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW TONIGHT
THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING...

.A CLIPPER SYSTEM PASSING ACROSS THE REGION WILL BRING
ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL THIS EVENING INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. GUSTY
NORTHERLY WINDS WILL DEVELOP BEHIND THIS SYSTEM EARLY WEDNESDAY
MORNING AND CONTINUE BEYOND THE MORNING COMMUTE. THE COMBINATION
OF THE GUSTY WINDS AND SNOWFALL WILL CAUSE SOME BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW.

EVENING TO 9 AM CST WEDNESDAY...

* TIMING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON AND
  EVENING HOURS...GRADUALLY DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST DURING THE
  MORNING HOURS ON WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS/VISIBILITY...NORTHERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH HIGHER
  GUSTS WILL DEVELOP AFTER MIDNIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE MID
  MORNING HOURS ON WEDNESDAY. VISIBILITY WILL BE REDUCED AT TIMES
  BELOW ONE MILE.

* SNOW/ICE ACCUMULATIONS...2 TO 4 INCHES WITH ISOLATED HIGHER
  AMOUNTS IN THE SISSETON HILLS REGION.

VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED DUE TO A COMBINATION OF FALLING AND
