...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Freezing rain, sleet and snow will expand east and
  southeast into the Baudette, Bagley and Bemidji areas through
  early afternoon. Mixed precipitation will change to all snow mid
  afternoon. Plan on slippery road conditions. Additional snow
  accumulations of up to two inches are expected with locally
  higher amounts possible.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Minnesota.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...untreated roads will be icy.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
