REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT.

* TIMING...PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE THIS MORNING WILL FREEZE ON
  BRIDGES AND SOME ROADWAYS. LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL DEVELOP
  THIS AFTERNOON AND CONTINUE INTO THIS EVENING. LIGHT SNOW
  TAPERING TO FLURRIES IS EXPECTED FROM MIDNIGHT ONWARD.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 6 INCHES MAINLY ACROSS SOUTHEAST
  ROCK COUNTY AND CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN HOLT COUNTY.

* WIND...NORTH 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 25 MPH.

* IMPACTS...ROADS WILL BECOME SNOW COVERED AND ICY. OCCASIONAL
  WIND GUSTS TO 25 MPH WILL PRODUCE BLOWING SNOW. VISIBILITY
