URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

.Bands of moderate to locally heavy snow showers are quickly
waning from north to south. Snow showers will linger over the
lower Idaho Panhandle into the evening hours but most
accumulations will occur on the Camas Prairie and Blue Mountains
of WA.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS CANCELLED...

Snow showers will linger over the Central Panhandle Mountains
mainly south of I-90 through this afternoon. An additional 1 to
1.5 inches are possible around Deary, Clarkia, and Avery before
snow ends this afternoon.

localized inch will be possible under heavier showers.

AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations of 3
  to 4 inches are expected.

* WHERE...Kamiah, Craigmont, Nezperce, Winchester, and Soldiers
  Meadow Road.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. In
  addition, areas of poor visibility are likely. Winds gusting
  as high as 25 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting
  snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow and blowing snow means periods
of snow and blowing snow will cause primarily travel
difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited
