THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON MONDAY
TO 1 AM EST TUESDAY.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...GENERALLY 2 TO 4 INCHES...BUT THE HIGHER
  TERRAIN COULD SEE 4 TO 6 INCHES.

* TIMING...HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE FROM NOON MONDAY TO 1 AM
  TUESDAY...BUT SNOW WILL BE AROUND FOR MOST OF THE WEEK WITH
  VARYING INTENSITY.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL WILL BE DIFFICULT. VISIBILITIES WILL BE LIMITED
  AT TIMES.
