ELEVATED WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED ALONG THE LOWER CAPE FEAR
RIVER DURING THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE THIS WEEKEND. THE HIGHEST
OF THE 2 HIGH TIDES PER DAY WILL OCCUR DURING THE EVENING AND
OVERNIGHT HOURS.

TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE ACROSS THE EASTERN
