.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

A RAPIDLY STRENGTHENING STORM SYSTEM OFF THE COAST WILL BRING RAIN
MIXED TO SNOW TO THE EASTERN CAROLINAS SUNDAY. THERE IS A CHANCE
ACCUMULATING SNOW COULD OCCUR...HOWEVER IT IS TOO EARLY TO
ACCURATELY DETERMINE WHICH LOCATIONS WILL BE AFFECTED. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE...HIGHEST NEAR THE COAST...
WHICH COULD CAUSE RENEWED FLOODING DUE TO EXISTING WET GROUND.
WIND GUSTS COULD REACH 40 MPH ALONG THE COAST SUNDAY WITH POWER
OUTAGES AND DOWNED TREES POSSIBLE.
