WILL BE PUSHING EAST ACROSS THE REGION FROM LATE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
THRU LATE IN THE PRE-DAWN THURSDAY HOURS BEFORE FINALLY MOVING OFF
THE CAROLINA COASTS BY DAYBREAK.

AT 1003 AM WEDNESDAY WITH THE COASTAL FLOOD THREAT RUNNING 3 HOURS
CENTERED AT HIGH TIDE...IE. FROM 930 AM T0 1130 AM.
