PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN CAN BE EXPECTED TONIGHT...RESULTING IN
RISING RIVERS AND STREAMS. THIS MAY PROLONG THE ONGOING FLOODING
ON SOME RIVERS WHILE CAUSING OTHERS TO APPROACH FLOOD STAGE.
LOCALIZED FLOODING IS ALSO POSSIBLE ACROSS POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.
