...AREAS OF FOG EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE
VIRGINIA PIEDMONT...

Areas of fog persist across the Virginia piedmont, primarily in
Louisa and neighboring counties northwest of metro Richmond.
Visibilities will average one half mile to around one mile through
8 AM, but will locally be reduced to one quarter mile or less at
times, especially across low lying areas. Conditions are expected
to improve after 8 AM.
