...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT MARIES...NORTHERN DENT...
NORTHWESTERN TEXAS...EASTERN PULASKI AND PHELPS COUNTIES THROUGH 300
AM CDT...

At 203 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near McGirk to near Richland to 11 miles west
of Fort Leonard Wood to 7 miles north of Hartville. Movement was east
at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rolla, Fort Leonard Wood, Salem, Waynesville, St. Robert, St. James,
Dixon, Belle, Doolittle, Vienna, Newburg, Edgar Springs, Plato,
Lenox, Beulah, Lake Spring, Anutt, Bangert, Roby, and Rosati.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 157 and 169, and
between mile markers 171 and 200.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 AM CDT for southwestern
Missouri. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for
south central, central and east central Missouri.
