.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

   WIND CHILL ADVISORY.

SUB ZERO TEMPERATURES WILL BE POSSIBLE AGAIN FRIDAY NIGHT INTO
SATURDAY MORNING. WIND CHILL READINGS IN THE ZERO TO 15 BELOW
RANGE CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES DURING THAT PERIOD.

A FRONTAL SYSTEM DROPPING SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE OHIO VALLEY SUNDAY
AND SUNDAY NIGHT WILL BRING MIXED PRECIPITATION TO THE REGION.

ANOTHER ROUND OF PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD NORTH INTO THE REGION
TUESDAY AHEAD OF A WAVE OF LOW PRESSURE WHICH DEVELOPS ON THE
FRONT. RAIN FROM THIS SYSTEM...IN ADDITION TO MELTING SNOW PACK
WILL INCREASE THE RISK FOR FLOODING OVER PORTIONS OF THE OHIO
VALLEY INTO MID WEEK.
