VERY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL MOVE INTO THE REGION FOR MONDAY AND
TUESDAY. WIND CHILL VALUES EARLY MONDAY MORNING WILL LIKELY DROP
BELOW ZERO. WIND CHILL VALUES EARLY TUESDAY MORNING MAY REACH
VALUES LOWER THAN TEN DEGREES BELOW ZERO.
