...FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 8 AM PDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 29 expected.

* WHERE...Central Siskiyou County, including the Shasta and Scott
  valleys.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...South winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Mostly the higher terrain of Lake County. This includes
  the Winter Rim and portions of Highway 31 from Summer Lake to
  Paisley. It also includes portions of Highway 140 east of Adel.

* WHEN...Until 5 PM PDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Secure outdoor objects.
