.DISCUSSION...

North to northwest winds will be breezy late tonight into the
morning hours before day time mixing will cause the winds to slow
down late morning as the clouds clear. As high pressure builds in
tomorrow afternoon, winds continue to become lighter through the
afternoon and also become more variable. Winds do pick up after a
surface inversion forms Wednesday night around 9 pm but wind
direction will be out of the SW at 10 mph on hill tops but continue
to strengthen through the night up to 15 with gusts to around 20 mph
on ridge tops as a warm front moves through. Thursday will be
windier with low pressure passing to the north. Dry air above the
boundary layer will mix down in the afternoon with RH falling down
to 30 to 40 percent.
