  Southwestern Potter County in north central Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 510 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wilcox,
  moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Kane, Cameron, Wharton, Emporium, Betula, Wilcox, James City, Cross
  Fork, Stevenson Dam, East Branch Dam, Elk River, and Tamarack.
