* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...The West Fork Des Moines River at Humboldt, or from Joe
  Reasoner Dam...to the East Fork Des Moines River.

* WHEN...From Saturday afternoon to Tuesday evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 9.2 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 10.3 feet early Sunday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
