.DISCUSSION...

Breezy winds out of the northwest are expected today with gusts as
high as 30 mph at times. Winds are expected to gradually weaken
into the mid to late afternoon.  Minimum relative humidity (RH)
values may dip to 25 to 30 percent by late afternoon, but these
lowest RH values will be offset in time from the highest wind
gusts.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (10-20 percent).
Temperature.........61 at ignition...Min 51.
RH..................58 percent at ignition...Max 77 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds southwest at 9 mph at
                    ignition...otherwise Southwest winds 6 to 9 mph
                    shifting to the west around 6 mph early in the
                    morning.
Mixing height.......400 ft AGL at ignition...otherwise 400 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....Southwest 14 to 16 mph shifting to the west 10
