Breezy winds out of the northwest are expected today with gusts as
high as 30 mph at times. Winds are expected to gradually weaken
into the mid to late afternoon.  Minimum relative humidity (RH)
values may dip to 25 to 30 percent by late afternoon, but these
lowest RH values will be offset in time from the highest wind
gusts.
