Survey Summary:

This tornado developed just to the northwest of Dallas Center and then
tracked generally northward for approximately 7 miles.  Damage was confined
to several farm outbuildings which sustained minor to major damage. Damage
was consistent with winds speeds from 75 to 85 mph, or EF-1 damage. The
tornado appeared to diminish a few miles south of Highway 141 to the south
of Bouton. Damage information and photos were provided from Dallas County
Emergency Management and first responder reports.
