* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Miami County in east central Kansas...
  Linn County in east central Kansas...
  Western Bates County in west central Missouri...

* Until 830 PM CDT.

* At 739 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Parker to near Fulton, moving northeast at 30
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Louisburg, Pleasanton, La Cygne, Mound City, Drexel, Linn Valley,
  Hume, Blue Mound, Prescott, Fontana, Amsterdam, Amoret, Foster,
  Merwin, Worland, and New Lancaster.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
