.DISCUSSION...

Leading up to the burn on Thursday the burn site should see gradually
decreasing humidity values and a slight upward trend in temperatures.
A brief rain shower can`t be ruled out Wednesday morning. For the
burn site on Thursday a minimum relative humidity value in the 25 to 30%
range is expected, with a 25% chance of relative humidity values at
or below 25% after 3 PM. Our current forecast keeps values above 25%
through 5 PM, just be aware of the possibility for the forecast humidity
to decline with later forecast updates. Winds on Thursday look like they
will shift throughout the day. Light or even calm winds may occur before
9 AM Thursday. Northerly winds may develop after 9 AM, with a transition
to west winds occurring in the afternoon. Overall the modest winds will
translate to fairly weak transport winds (also 4 to 8 mph).
