.DISCUSSION...

Upper wave is moving south-southeast thru central Minnesota early this
morning.  Clouds are with this wave but thickest cloud cover is east
of the Red and a few spotty showers til mid morning possible in
the burn area.   Dry this afternoon.   Gusty north winds this morning,
gusts to 35 mph, then gradual diminishing trend this afternoon and
especially this evening.   Good mixing.

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (50-60 percent) then becoming
                    sunny (10-20 percent). Slight chance of rain
                    early in the morning.
Max temperature.....Around 53.
Min humidity........32 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Breezy. North winds 20 to 25 mph decreasing to
                    around 15 mph late in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......5400 ft AGL.
Mixing winds........North 25 to 30 mph decreasing to around 20 mph
