The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Collin County in north central Texas...

* Until 700 PM CDT.

* At 616 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Princeton, or
  8 miles east of McKinney, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  McKinney, Allen, Fairview, Princeton, Lucas, Melissa, Farmersville,
  Lowry Crossing, Blue Ridge, New Hope, Weston, Frognot, Altoga,
  Westminster, and Lavon Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for north central
Texas.
