...STRONG EAST WIND COULD PRODUCED LOCALIZED AREAS OF BLOWING DUST
THIS AFTERNOON...

East winds are expected to increase to 15 to 30 mph with gusts
around 40 mph this afternoon. Along the Interstate 39 corridor in
southern Portage and western Waushara counties, from south of
Plower to Coloma the strong easterly winds could produce localized
areas of blowing dust which may reduce visibilities for motorists.
Showers and scattered storms will move into the area by early
evening, ending the risk of blowing dust.

If you encounter areas of blowing dust, slow down and allow extra
room between you and the car in front of you.
