...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CHST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...East winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt and seas 8 to 11
  feet.

* WHERE...Marianas Coastal Waters.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM ChST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Seas and winds are subsiding slower than
  anticipated. The latest altimetry data shows seas between 8 and 11
  feet west and east of the coastal waters, while Guam International
  Airport reported winds of up to 26 knots with gusts to 35 knots.
  Therefore, the Small Craft Advisory was extended an additional 12
  hours.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
