RH is expected to fall to 25 to 30 percent at the burn location
this afternoon. Surface winds will be mainly west to northwesterly
today, generally remaining light and less than 10 mph, but could
be more variable at times. Favorable mixing heights are expected,
but with light transport winds, only fair smoke dispersion is
forecast.
