.Synopsis For High Island to the Matagorda Ship Channel Out 60 NM
including Galveston and Matagorda Bays.

Strong north winds will develop today behind the departing cold
front, with winds of 20 to 30 knots and seas up to 10 feet
possible through the evening. As a result, a Small Craft Advisory
remains in effect. Conditions will improve heading into Tuesday,
with winds weakening and shifting to the east. Onshore flow
resumes on Wednesday, with rainfall chances increasing late
Wednesday into Thursday as a storm system develops offshore.
