  Illinois River near Peoria affecting Peoria...Tazewell and Woodford
  Counties
...The Flood Warning continues for the following river in Illinois...
  Illinois River at Havana affecting Cass...Fulton and Mason Counties
  Illinois River at Beardstown affecting Brown...Cass...Morgan and
  Schuyler Counties

The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil
moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an alternate
route. Turn around, don`t drown.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Illinois River at Henry.
* From Monday evening until further notice.
* At 1245 PM Saturday the stage was 18.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Monday evening and continue to
  rise to near 30.8 feet by early Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 30.5 feet...The Marina building, Waterworks Park, and
  grain loading facility in Henry are flooded.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Illinois River near Peoria.
* From Monday afternoon until further notice.
* At 1245 PM Saturday the stage was 15.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Monday afternoon and continue
  to rise to near 26.6 feet by early Friday morning.
* Impact...At 26.5 feet...Several houses in Rome and Chillicothe
  become isolated. Homes on Sunset Dr. between North Ave. and Collins
  Ave...4 miles SSW of Bay View Gardens...are surrounded by water. In
  Spring Bay...North Lake Street from Missouri St. to Zimmerman Rd.
  is flooded.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Illinois River at Havana.
* Until further notice.
* At 1245 PM Saturday the stage was 15.1 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 24.0 feet by
  Saturday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet...Water reaches the low steel on the IL 78/97
  bridges over Lacy Ditch and the Spoon River...just north of the wye
  with US 136.

  The Illinois River at Beardstown.
* Until further notice.
* At 1145 AM Saturday the stage was 15.6 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 26.1 feet by
  early Sunday morning. Additional rises may be possible thereafter.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet...Coal Creek Levee overtops at boat landing.
  Damage begins at Frederick and Browning.
