THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL
ILLINOIS...NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS AND WEST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS THIS AFTERNOON WILL INCREASE IN COVERAGE
DURING TONIGHT AS A COLD FRONT MOVES INTO THE ILLINOIS RIVER
VALLEY LATER TONIGHT. SOME OF THE STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG TO SEVERE
BETWEEN 4 AND 10 PM FROM I-55 NORTHWEST...WITH DAMAGING WINDS THE
MAIN HAZARD. HAIL...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING
ALONG WITH FREQUENT LIGHTNING WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE ON TUESDAY MORNING...AND AGAIN
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT. THERE IS A CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS
AGAIN FROM SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY. HEAVY RAINS AND
FREQUENT LIGHTNING ALONG WITH GUSTY WINDS MAY ALSO OCCUR WITH SOME
OF THE THUNDERSTORMS ON WEDNESDAY.

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE ILLINOIS RIVER THROUGH THE ENTIRE
PERIOD...WITH MAJOR FLOODING AROUND HAVANA AND DOWNSTREAM OF
BEARDSTOWN.

WITH GUSTY WINDS. SOME THUNDERSTORMS MAY PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS AND
FREQUENT LIGHTNING.

THE THUNDERSTORMS ON WEDNESDAY MAY BE STRONG WITH GUSTY WINDS.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND
EVENING WITH CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS INCREASING DURING OVERNIGHT
AS A COLD FRONT APPROACHES FROM THE NORTHWEST. LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH A FEW
OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL CONTINUE ON TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND
AGAIN SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY OF NEXT WEEK. A FEW STRONG THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY
EVENING...WITH DAMAGING WINDS THE MAIN HAZARD. SOME OF THESE
THUNDERSTORMS COULD PRODUCE HEAVY RAINS OVER 1 INCH ESPECIALLY ON
WEDNESDAY.

FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG THE WABASH RIVER THROUGH THE ENTIRE
PERIOD. FLOODING ALONG THE LITTLE WABASH RIVER NEAR CLAY CITY
SHOULD SUBSIDE TUESDAY MORNING. FLOODING ALONG THE EMBARRAS RIVER
NEAR LAWRENCEVILLE IS EXPECTED TO SUBSIDE BY SUNSET THIS EVENING.
