Moderate flooding is forecast along the Illinois River into next
week.

A few thunderstorms are possible this evening. Severe storms are
not expected.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT CST TONIGHT...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central
Illinois, east central Illinois and southeast Illinois.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

Periods of rain, and some thunderstorms, will produce moderate to
heavy rainfall through this evening.

Thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon into tonight. Some
of the storms may be severe, with damaging winds the main threat.
An isolated tornado is also possible.

Minor to moderate flooding will persist into next week along
portions of the Little Wabash, Embarras, and Wabash river basins.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

Spotter activation may be needed this evening mainly between 5 pm
and 10 pm.
