WIND CHILL TEMPERATURES AROUND -15 DEGREES WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MID
MORNING TODAY. VERY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE THROUGH
TONIGHT WITH HIGHS ONLY IN THE LOW TEENS TODAY AND LOWS TONIGHT
NEAR OR BELOW ZERO. WIND CHILLS WILL APPROACH -15 AGAIN TONIGHT.
